RT procedure - materials 40microM of primer MP00821, 40microM of primer MP00822, 7.5microM dNTP's, Schimke solution(4mM dithiothreitol, 4mM MgCl2, 280mM KCl, 32mM Tris; pH 8), 19.6U/ml reverse transcriptase (Life Sciences, St. Petersburg, Fl.), 28U/microL RNase inhibitor (Pharmacia, Alameda, CA). RT reaction mixture was incubated at 42C for 2hr.
