A Simple Solution for Oligonucleotide Design


"V irOligo" is derived from Virus Oligonucleotide. The VirOligo database collects virus-specific oligonucleotides for virus detection from published literature. We believe that the VirOligo database will simplify your search for oligonucleotides.

To serve the research community better, in May 2004, VirOligo started to participate in the NCBI's LinkOut program. Links from PubMed, Taxonomy, and Nucleotide databases to VirOligo have been established.
